Miles’ mediator and arbitrator, Tanya Tate, will be presenting at The Seminar Group’s 22nd Annual Labor and Employment Law Seminar, October 16–17, 2025, in Atlanta. The event brings together legal professionals to discuss key topics in employment law.
Tate will participate in the panel “Mediation & Arbitration of Employment Cases.” The session will cover topics including AI and digital evidence in employment cases, pre-mediation planning, and how to maximize the value of a mediator.
