Miles mediator and arbitrator Tanya Tate will speak on Friday, May 9, as part of the panel “Mediation Tactics and Strategies: Do We Have to ‘Meet in the Middle?’” alongside Frank A. Bear of Green Thumb Industries and David Dietz of The Cincinnati Insurance Companies.
The session, moderated by Robert Luskin of Chartwell Law, will explore identifying key mediation attendees, navigating coverage issues such as policy retentions and deductibles, supporting self-insured clients, and handling difficult plaintiffs.
Tangela Richmond, Miles’ director of education, will also attend the event.
