Honored to Be Elected a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers

I’m incredibly honored to share that I’ve been elected a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers — one of the highest recognitions in the field of employment law. This is truly a humbling moment in my career.

The College is a national organization made up of the most respected lawyers, academicians, and scholars in labor and employment law. Election to the College is not just an acknowledgment of years of work, but of meaningful impact in the field. The selection process is rigorous, requiring nomination by two existing Fellows and written recommendations from eight attorneys who practice in employment law.

What makes this especially meaningful to me is that I am one of only two neutrals ever elected to the Georgia chapter. As someone who has dedicated much of my professional life to alternative dispute resolution, particularly in the employment law space, this recognition affirms the importance of neutral voices in advancing fair and effective outcomes.

I will be formally inducted this November, and I am grateful for the opportunity to stand alongside so many leaders in our field. I also want to thank my colleagues at Miles Mediation & Arbitration — it’s a privilege to be part of such an outstanding panel of professionals.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me on this journey. I look forward to continuing to serve with integrity and excellence.
