Tate Mediation & Arbitration requires a $1,500 Initiation/Filing Deposit from each party. Both, the Claimant and the Respondent’s deposits are due within two weeks of submitting the Demand for Arbitration. Any unused portion of the deposit will be refunded at the conclusion of the case. Additional deposits may be required at various stages of the case.
