What People are Saying
"Tanya did a great job for us mediating a very contentious business dispute. She had knowledge of the law that gave her credibility with the parties and worked hard to get all sides to thoughtfully consider our respective positions and the benefits of a agreed upon outcome. I will definitely use her again for mediation and recommend her to others for business cases."

"Tanya Tate has served as mediator in a few of my cases, and each time, I was very impressed by her ability to quickly discern the fundamental issues in the case. She is able to focus the parties on a realistic understanding of their respective positions, while also addressing the risks and costs inherent in litigation. Ms. Tate's informal but direct style and her skilled guidance of the parties' discussions foster resolution in even the seemingly "hopeless" cases. She is smart, accommodating, patient, creative, and extremely helpful during the mediation process. Ms. Tate's fees are very reasonable, and the parties definitely receive significant value for the money. I highly recommend Ms. Tate as a mediator."

"Tanya did a fantastic job mediating a case for me. Both parties were far apart when the mediation began, and entrenched in their positions.
